As we have an extensive fleet, we normally use machines of different sizes on the one job site to increase efficency. The large W2000 or W210 machines remove the large surfaces, while the smaller W500 takes car of milling off the pavement around ‘nuisances’, such as manhole covers or tight kerbing.

Newest to the WA Profiling fleet is the Wirtgen W210. We have installed a dust suppression unit to the machine, and with an extra drive motor, the machine runs more economically friendly and is therefore more productive.

The Wirtgen W2000 Road Profilers are the most effective and reliable machines in the road profiling industry. They are able to mill out any road at various depths ranging from scratching the surface down to 300mm. Asphalt and base course materials can be removed in one pass at a rate of up to 700 tonnes per hour with exceptional accuracy. The high production rate of these machines also makes them ideally suited to full road reconstruction works.

The Wirtgen W120F has a compact design, high engine power and milling depth that enables the machines of this model series to complete challenging jobs quickly and effortlessly.

The Wirtgen W1000 Road Profiler is capable of milling to a depth of 250mm and is more suited for smaller jobs.

The Wirtgen W500 is ideal for milling smaller areas the larger machines can't reach and for milling tie-ins in preparation for asphalt resurfacing works.

The Polyplaner can remove white lines and other delineators at a rate of up to 20 metres per minute.
