WA Profiling operates in a number of quarries ranging from limestone to laterite gravel.

The W2000 Profiler has proven successful in fulfilling our client's limestone quarry requirements, cutting the limestone to level and providing a cost effective and efficient time-saving method for their production schedules.

In order to achieve accurate levels, the W2000 Profiler uses a Laser Level system which automatically controls the levels required to achieve the client's specifications.

There are two cutting configurations which can load the materials directly onto trucks: the conveyor system or leaving the materials in windrows to be pushed up by the loader for stock piles, depending on the nature of the site.

WA Profiling has also achieved the same results in gravel quarries and various other projects (e.g., sub divisions in hard rock areas).
