Fine Milling
At WA Profiling we have 3 Fine-Milling Drums available, with 2 x 2m fine milling drums and 1 x 1.2 m fine milling drum. Fine Milling is a modification of the standard road milling method, the difference being that the cutting tools on the drum are arranged at much narrower intervals. Fine milling is an economically efficient alternative to expensive, time-consuming full rehabilitation. Fine Milling is predominantly used where bumps and wheel ruts, or slippery surfaces pose an acute danger to traffic safety. Fine Milling produces a new, precisely defined surface texture.
