Peter is the founder of Global Civil and Mining. He created WA Profiling in 2004 with a single road profiler operating from Perth in Western Australia, not before long he identified opportunities for road profilers in the mining industry, then expanding into the surface mining sector with great success and eventually ventured into the fields of stabilisation and machine rebuilds, with all companies now providing quality services under the banner of Global Civil and Mining.

Phillip Marsh is highly regarded in the civil and mining industry with 30 year experience. Prior to joining the GCM team Phillip was the Owner and Managing Director of Marsh Civil Engineering Contractors for over 25 years, where he developed a company that had in excess of 140 direct employees, and held a top tier client base of Government, Mining, Multinational, Listed and Private companies.
Throughout his career, Phillip has received numerous awards and achievements such as the Jason Lea Award for Entrepreneurship, numerous Civil Contractors Association Earth Awards, and above all being sought by the Civil Contractors Federation to be their National President in 2008-09
Phillip is responsible for managing the Global Civil and Mining business, strategic planning, developing people and systems.
Andrew Blackburn joined Global Civil and Mining in August 2013 as Financial Controller. Commencing his finance career over 10 years ago and advancing through various business units within Crown Perth, Andrew became Finance Manager looking over 40 different business units. Recognised for his leadership, management and financial contribution, Andrew was acknowledged on a national level. Working at Global with operations, maintenance and corporate services, Andrew is responsible for management of all business and accounting systems to ensure accurate financial management at all levels.
Operations Manager WA Stabilising
Daniel has over 15 years’ experience in the construction and mining industries, prior to joining GCM in late 2015 as the Operations Manager for WA Stabilising he was responsible for the delivery of several large civil construction projects throughout Perth and its surrounds.
Daniel has developed extensive civil construction experience and has been involved with projects involving Mining, Bulk Earthworks, Roadworks, hardscaping and Service installations. His role at GCM is to oversee the delivery of all Stabilising projects from Tender stage through to project delivery and final handover.
